Where is TxtSync based?
TxtSync is based in the heart of Leicester City Centre in the United Kingdom. The platform for core of TxtSync is located within the UK, Europe, USA and Australia.
How is TxtSync built?
Utilising the latest in Cloud Serverless technology, TxtSync can send and recieve SMS text messages within milliseconds directly around the world. TxtSync is a serverless architectured platform powered by both Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services. Do you love talking tech? What does it mean when I read: "Two-way SMS"
The term “Two-way SMS Text Messaging” typically refers to the ability for you to send an SMS message from a Localised Mobile Number to the receipent and they are able to fully respond to you. All responses are then sent back to TxtSync and you can either process them in the platform or within your CRM.
The ability to respond to a message does not work with Sender IDs. This is due to a Sender ID being a name and does not have a routable number attached for a response.
Can you bill our Enterprise Azure Account?
Yes we can, with the power of Azure Metered Billing. We can bill your Azure Account directly for your usage. We typically have to go through extended “KYC” (Know Your Customer) checks to support this for your organisation however this is no billing limit via Azure.
Why can't I use this with my personal account?
As we work directly with Operators around the world, they have strict guidelines on who and what can be sent in an SMS Text Message. To ensure that this meets there guidelines, we do not support Personal Accounts within TxtSync. This also means we do not support Online SMS numbers or Dispoable Email Addresses when signing up.
I would like to use TxtSync with a Development Project, Can I do that?

We also have direct support for WebHooks, Microsoft PowerApps and Zapier. Recently we also built a custom integration into the Laravel framework which you can checkout on Github.
